I spent time volunteering in both Kotor and Budva. Both the sisters, Biji & Gordana, are amazing and honestly such an inspiration. They were really helpful, and I had some great conversations with them. I had an amazing time, and I would certainly return.

The hostel is in a very good location!! Something very nice is that I could make half of my time in Budva and half in Kotor as they have a hostel in each place. Gordana (in charge of Budva hostel) is lovely and open to talk any question. Biljana (in charge of Kotor hostel) is a bit serious but very nice person also. I spend an wonderful time and really connect with the volunteers that I miss so much. And is nice cz we can make some money with the pub crowd!! I totally recomend. The nature around is incredible!

I did not expect to absolutely fall in love with Budva and this incredible hostel. It's a quite simple place but couldn't be more special. Gordana and Biji are the best managers who truly take the hostel experience to the next level for both guests and staff. I am counting down the days till I can come back and help out again. My time volunteering here was so amazing and special! Gordana is an angel and I met so many great people, both volunteers and guests. I loved getting to experience both the hostel and Budva since they are both beautiful but have such different vibes. The work is manageable and still have plenty of time to explore. I'm so grateful for all the memories and people I met here!

I had a really good time in backpackers home! Gordana and Bj are really nice people and always willing to take care of you! You will be helping them half stay in their hostel in the hostel and Budva. Both are really good located just inside the old towns. The tasks are cleaning and reception and are very easy and chill :)

Having the opportunity to work alongside Gordana and Biljana was such an amazing experience. The work was very fair and well communicated. Usually only a few hours per day in both Budva and the hostel leaving plenty of time to explore and connect with the other volunteers. You also get the opportunity to go on sunset boats and lead pubcrawls which really helps you connect with the guests aswell. I felt right at home and was so sad to leave but i definitely will be back. By far my favourite volunteer experience and i highly recommend this to anyone considering applying:)

Working in Budva and the hostel with Gordana and the other volunteers was one of if not my best volunteering experiences. The pub crawls were legendary and the sunset boats were beautiful. Gordana was very accommodating and did her best to make all of the volunteers feel supported and made sure we all had a great time. Will definitely be coming back!
