What you offer

The Experience
We are located right opposite the Coaster in Mission Beach and only one minute from the beach, the location can't be beat! We're looking for adventure and travel minded people to join our team and help us be ultimate hosts to our guests. Everyone starts on housekeeping and then depending on needs will be trained on reception. We ask for 25 hours a week but you get a comfy bed in a great location and get to be part of a great experience!

The hostel was an incredible work exchange experience. It is the coziest, most home-like vibe I have ever had in a hostel (and I have stayed in many hostels). I was able to build amazing friendships with both the other volunteers and the guests staying at the hostel. I felt so comfortable and included right away. The work is very doable and expectations are clear—management is super helpful as well. You will have the best time and meet the best people, I highly recommend coming here! The area is so beautiful, safe, and has everything you need a just short walk away.

Perfect location, caring management, and straightforward work! Right across from Belmont Park and just a few steps from the beach, I couldn't think of anywhere better to stay! The hostel is also super close to the bus station making it easy to get around San Diego! I will never forget my time in the hostel. I would highly recommend staying at the hostel:)

The hostel is a very chill place to stay They are 1 minute walk from the beach and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the weather and the nature. I can only thanks the manager Bruno for receiving me and make me fell home for this few months
