This was my second time volunteering with the hostel, and once again, it was a great experience! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable from the beginning. The working hours were exactly as agreed upon, so everything was well organized and ran smoothly. I really enjoyed my shifts and had a lot of fun throughout the experience. I also shared a room with three other girls and bathrooms were shared. The location was lovely and felt safe, only a few minutes walk to Hyde Park. Overall, I had a really positive stay and would definitely recommend volunteering here!

I absolutely loved the location in Paddington, and one of the best parts of my experience was meeting so many amazing people along the way. The meals are tasty and filling. It is good either if you are planning to stay for a long time or a short time. The building is old, but they are working on improving it for everyone's safety. My time at the hostel was amazing! Everyone was really nice and made me feel at home. The hours are respected. The tasks are not too hard. I mostly worked in the kitchen and it was easy and fun beacause I got to work with other volunteers. The rooms were big and cozy. Also the location is great: in the heart of the city and a safe area very close to hyde park and paddington station. I recommend it very much!

I had such an amazing stay here!!! From day one, the staff was extremely friendly and made me feel immediately welcome. The work hours were totally fair and manageable, so it never felt overwhelming.
