Help Vulnerable Children in Exchange With Accomodations and Meals
The experience
Nihurumie Child Group Organization (NCG) is a registered non-Profit organization, registered in Mwanza city by no. MCC/CD/CBO/113051.
It is registered in order to help street children, disabled children and most poor families to get basic needs. We support children with educational items, tuitions, sports attires, family outreach and reunification.
We need volunteers who are ready to work with us in supporting children in Mwanza city,Tanzania.
What you offer
15 hours of help per week
Tour Guide:
Organize and lead tours around the city.
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Description:
A Volunteer will pay only $ 13 per day to cover the expenses for transport, Kiswahili course learning and Swahili course materials.

Program Details
Our volunteers will be working for 3 up to 5 hours a day. We need volunteers who are aware and respect children rights, who loves children and are ready to support them with education requirements, tuitions, sports and games (raising talents among children) with a purpose of establishing a sport academy for vulnerable children.
There will be also Kiswahili course program for our volunteers. This course will taking place every day 5 pm up to 6 pm from Monday to Friday.
This course will be free for only volunteers who will working with us. For volunteers who will be only interested with this course will be asked to pay only 20$ per day for the aim of purchasing course materials and some of the amount will go to support Vulnerable Children get education requirements and uniforms.
Our volunteers will also have a chance of visiting different attractive places in Tanzania for leisure.
Activities & Shift
Everyday our volunteers will do the following activities:-
a) guiding our children in sports and games rules and regulations.
b) Providing psychological therapy and physiological services to vulnerable children as well as healthy issues.
c) Worships and gospel
d) Tuition in geography, mathematics, science, vocational skills, English and Information Technology (IT).
e) Web design and administration duties
f) family outreach and reunification.
Rules
The following are rules that will guide us in implementing our daily routines:
1. Respect and love to children and other staff members.
2. There will be no segregation, humiliation, abusive language, child abuse and the alikes.
3. All participants in this project are free to share their skills, opinions, talents and to be respected by others.
4. Volunteers are ready to share their languages with us.
5. Volunteers are free to stay with us for the time they want based on our agreements.
6. Religious beliefs among volunteers will be respected by all staff members and maintained.
