I had an amazing time at the hostel! I met some really amazing people and made awesome memories! We did a lot of fun group activities and bonding and the work was as expected and not too bad at all. Edinburgh is such a beautiful city and was a joy to explore. I unfortunately had to leave early from my stay due to a surgery rescheduling so though I didn't have a very long stay I would go back in a heartbeat. I hope to return someday!

The experience I got at the hostel is unforgettable. The Team becomes your family. You can always join in on activities or maybe enjoy the beautiful City of Edinburgh on your own. Everything can be, nothing is a must. The work hours are mostly fair and even after work hours, you have enough time to explore. I will never stop recommending Edinburgh and the location of the hostel is absolutely amazing. Every sight is in a walkable distance and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

From the moment I arrived, my time at the hostel was very special. Tamara was incredibly kind and welcoming, as were Astrid and Delphi. All the volunteers were friendly too, and it quickly felt like a little family. the hostel is also a great place to spend your time off, with people always around and plenty to do, or you can simply relax on the couch by the window and look outside, one of my favourite things to do there.

I loved pretty much everything about the hostel! Sometimes the work can be a little bit annoying, but isn't every work annoying sometimes? The people are great, and Tami as a manager is amazing :) Also the location is unbeatable.

This was my first time volunteering with Worldpackers and I'm so glad it was at the hostel. I spent a month here and time really flew by, everyone was welcoming and it really felt like a home away from home. The tasks were simple and fair and there is so much free time to explore the beautiful city of Edinburgh! I can see why so many people keep coming back to the hostel 💗

My experience at the hostel was wonderful. This was my first time volunteering and it couldn't have been better! The location is very central, the shifts were easy and we often finished early and there were so many opportunities to hang out with the other volunteers, staff and guests. It was such an amazing opportunity to get to know the city and meet so many wonderful people. Thank you especially to Mica, the reception staff and all of the other volunteers for such an awesome 6 weeks!
