The hostel is a BEAUTIFUL hostel, with a great team! It has all the ammenities for a long term stay, with nice dorms, a bar, a kitchen, as well as a coworking space. Puebla is gorgeous, sleepy city with a lot of time to just relax, walk around, explore, and take day trips. I will say that the role wasn't 100% as described - more work hours, "party promotor" was exclusively bartending in a very sleepy bar, and the provided meals were not vegetarian friendly, despite being advertised as such. But really a perfect role for someone looking to chill and make friends with free time in a cute city!

The hostel took amazing care of me. The accommodations were super comfortable, the food was incredible, and they were always adaptable to my schedule and flexible with any changes. The staff is extremely friendly and really makes you feel included in the hostel culture. My Puebla family will always stay in my heart, and I’ll never forget my time here. The location is perfect and very safe, and I often felt like I was actually living in Puebla rather than just backpacking.

I spent 5 weeks in the hostel and it's so far my best volunteering experience! Accommodation and food are really nice, the staff really considerate me as a volunteer and not an employee. I felt respected and welcomed so much !! I found a New Mexican family in this place and I will never forget my time on here ! Thanks the hostel ❤️

I stayed at the hostel and I hope to be there again. The facilities are perfect, the team is very friendly. I was never bored, there were always activities and many foreigners with whom to chat. Egon, Diego, Lupita, Jos, Memo, among others, were always very kind and friendly to me, and I highly recommend this hostel.
