Judy and Jai have been really good hosts. Judy really cares and tries her best to be able to help everyone. This experience has been so full of enrichment and I cannot be more grateful for my first volunteering. The farm is in a pretty good spot for the public transport, hitchhiking is an option too or Judy's second car. The Island is beautiful and full of energy that makes you want to stay, their property has that same energy too and it feels amazing. The work is flexible usually not hard and we have plenty of time to explore the Island. Thank you for this incredible experience, so grateful.

Many blessings to you!

My time at Judy's farm was truly magical. I would absolutely recommend; mostly for spiritual, open minded people, who want to connect with nature, since those are the ones who will appreciate the experience the most. In the farm life is simple, everything is rudimentary but perfect. You really get to connect with nature and to appreciate the value of water, electricity and gas. The job schedule is completely flexible and independent for each volunteer. Judy is an awesome attentive host who always explains the tasks and answers any questions, also she organizes beautiful group activities.

I really enjoyed my time on the farm! Judy is an amazing host. Everything is well organized. You will never do something that you don't enjoy. You have enough time to explore the island and visit local events. You can use buses but I hitchhiked often (with no any problems). The conditions are special but absolutely fine. I got used to them in 2 days. First, I planned to spend 2 weeks here, but then decided to stay 2 more and didn't regret it!

I recommend coming here! We stayed at the farm for two and a half weeks, and it took a while to get used to the rural sleeping environment (tent, outside shower, toilet bucket) but after you have adjusted it feels like normal. A great chance to reconnect with yourself and nature. You can travel by frequent free buses, use Google maps to get the time. Learnt lots about agriculture and sustainable living with solar power and rain water. Hosts and the community on the farm were kind and welcoming, and work hours were flexible to what you would like to do. Really enjoyed my stay, thank you!

Judy is very respectful and flexible with the work you are assigned. She is always open to let you tell her when you are not comfortable with a task and she changes you to something you are more comfortable with. The accommodations as mentioned in the profile are not luxurious, you will get a tent to sleep in. The farm is really to connect with nature and you need to be comfortable with animals such as frogs and lizards because they are all around. During my time here Imet amazing people, who I now consider my friends. I got to explore the island and know the local culture. Great Experience!
