The experience

We are a hotel that has been working with volunteers for over 10 years, we love discovering beaches and watching the sunset :-)

We mostly need help in housekeeping and also in the breakfast buffet that is served to the guests. In winter we do a lot of maintenance work and sometimes some gardening tasks. Expect to have a lot of free time but also to have to work hard. We recommend bringing some old clothes with you that can get dirty. ;-)

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Beginner Portuguese or Beginner English

Between 18 and 36 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
