The experience at the hostel was very pleasant. It's my first time volunteering, and to be honest, I really enjoyed it. I was able to exchange experiences with foreign people and thus improve my English.
A large part of travelers are Anglo-Hispanic, interested in learning Spanish.
The group of volunteers I shared with was a very nice family. I hope to meet them again.
The hostel staff were very nice and friendly.

This was my first volunteer experience at a hostel and it exceeded all my expectations. The tasks were easy to learn, the staff were always available to help me, and the schedules were very good, leaving me free time to enjoy the city, which can easily be explored on foot.

What I enjoyed most about my time here was the people; the staff is super friendly, especially Mercedes who accompanies the volunteers at all times.
The tasks are very manageable and simple.
Also, the location is a 10/10: I loved being able to walk from the port to the beach and to the city center.

Mallorca is spectacular, and the other volunteers were what saved this experience. The volunteering itself didn't meet expectations without real training, and with a supervisor named Mercedes, who never connected with the team. A heavy and negative atmosphere and energy at the reception, and on her part, zero room for initiative. They speak badly of an older employee, with years at the hostel in front of everyone and in a very disrespectful way, with threats to fire you at any moment. All in all, Mallorca is worth it, but I don't recommend the volunteering as long as the same person is in charge of the volunteer programs.

Daniel, your review is surprising when several of the few tasks you were supposed to do had to be corrected, while you spent hours reading with pending tasks in front of you. We also had to call you out. Pointing out errors isn't "speaking badly": it's doing my job. Additionally, I helped you even in the early hours when you called me. You agreed on a date and you left before. We never had a bad review of the hostel or of my work as the person in charge: you are the first. That's why I also wouldn't recommend your profile.
