I think the experience was really nice. I was at the reception during low season so everything was quiet, there were only few guests checking in and out everyday. The group of volunteers was also nice, there's a good cohesion between people. The only one thing that could be improved according to me is comunication with people in charge of the volunteers and also some details reguarding the room where volunteers sleep. Though I recommend this volunteering program.

My experience at the hostel was incredible, just like the host Flávio, who is a sweetheart. The hostel is well located, the accommodations are comfortable and the schedules are respected. The only thing I felt missing was clear communication regarding the hostel's rules. Moreover, I recommend volunteering. Thank you to the whole team💜💜💜
