Program Details

3 months
Suitable for those who want a real introduction to permaculture.
This is the minimum time to observe natural cycles, adapt to the rhythm of the village and begin to understand through daily life, not theory.

6 months
For those who feel a deeper connection and consider a longer path.
This period allows a real test of compatibility with community living.
It also opens opportunities to support or develop small projects related to sustainability and local economy.
This is the first step for those who may consider staying longer.

Activities & Shift

We do not always have programs or schedules.

Days start early: cleaning shared spaces, working in the garden, harvesting, watering, supporting ongoing tasks.
Activities may include bamboo building, working with clay and local materials, wood, crafts, coconut oil production, jams and preserves, as well as hosting guests.

You don’t choose activities based on personal preference: insisting on specific tasks creates imbalance.
Here you observe and take part in what is needed.

Your contribution supports the development of sustainable projects.
This is not a service: you are not a waiting customer, but an active part of the village.

Rest is important and work is not mandatory. See “Work” on our website, but presence and participation matter.

There are also spontaneous moments: river time, social games, evenings by the fire.
Moments are created together.

Those who arrive with rigid expectations same time feel disappointed.
The village already offers a lot. The real question is not what do you expect: but what do you bring?

Rules

Suitable for those who wish to meet people from around the world, but above all for those ready to live simply, in nature, with real presence.

Each person’s talent is welcome, but roles are not chosen: they emerge from needs, observation, and the ability to give meaning to actions and interactions.

This is not for those seeking free time, fixed working hours or space for tourism.
Resilience and adaptation are part of permaculture: comfort, routine and rigid expectations are not compatible.

Participation happens without expectations, with a spirit of contribution and openness.
If you are looking for something else, there are more suitable experiences.

A prayer if you want to be kind to our guests, do not offer food, drugs, sugars and industrial foods, do not invade this precious forest with plastic. We are not fanatics but we are looking for ethics as permaculture teaches, ours is a mission.
