I'm so grateful for my time with the Duffy family. They're incredibly kind and welcoming, and the kids made my days even better with their love! <3 It was a such pleasure cooking for them and enjoying good talks and laughs. The farm is peaceful and quiet, and they kindly provide a car and bikes to explore the area, which is perfect as a car is needed to get around. For me, the peaceful setting alone was already super enjoyable. I definitely recommend this lovely experience for everyone who wants to feel at home! My God, there are genuinely not enough words in the world to describe how incredible this experience was. From the moment I arrived to the moment I very sadly left, everything felt PERFECT. Carina and James were definitely the best hosts I could’ve asked for! They are really wonderful and friendly people going out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. It truely felt like a home away from home! They always had some great travel recommendations and gave me plenty of opportunities to see the area, even letting me borrow their car. The family was extremely welcoming and the girls are great fun to spend time with and bring lots of energy to the house! I truely appreciate everything they have done for me and would recommend this experience to anyone!!

I had a wonderful time with Carina & James! They truly made the home feel like a home, from their Friday movie nights to their constant warm smiles. The accommodation was wonderful, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The other volunteers were also lovely, and we all got along well. Carina and James were great communicators and very flexible if you were sick or wanted to stay a bit longer (spoiler: I did, because I was enjoying myself so much here). The girls were incredibly kind hearted, and I always felt truly welcomed. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone!
