Trancas.cl is a collaborative venture that encourages learning, teamwork, living in harmony with nature; we are immersed in Valle Las Trancas, surrounded by volcanoes, rivers, mountains and native forests.
We seek volunteers in good health, with hiking experience and good physical condition to carry out mountain excursions of medium and high intensity.
We offer:
– Full cabin
– A room with mixed-use bunk beds for a maximum of 4 volunteers.
– Dining room and kitchen.
– Food: three daily meals (breakfast, lunch and tea), for all days, including days off; meal preparation is a shared responsibility among volunteers, so you need to have culinary skills or the motivation to learn.
– Common bathroom and shower with hot water.
– Dining room, Wifi, heating.
– Common areas you can use: pool, laundry, table tennis, campfire, mini golf, native forest, swings, treehouse, foosball, balance board, Slackline, zip line.
– Free tours and excursions in Valle Las Trancas.
Flexible schedule work and goal-oriented, with 2 days off per week.

- Do not listen to loud music.
- Do not use hard drugs inside the premises or during your stay.

- Common areas are cleaned together.
- Do not make noise after 10 p.m. out of consideration for guests who are in the cabins at that time.
- Do not bring flammable or dangerous items into the cabin. Therefore, smoking inside the cabin is prohibited.
- Respect the flora and fauna of the premises and the area.
- Do not invite strangers to the premises.
- Foster a good living environment among volunteers (be empathetic and respectful)
- If a volunteer leaves their duties and has free time, consult the supervisor on how they can contribute during the remaining working hours.
