Volunteer schedule:
The working hours are 6 hours per day, 5 days a week, with 2 days off per week. The schedules and days off are flexible and are organized according to the hostel's daily needs, always seeking a good balance for the volunteer.
Main activities:
Welcoming and greeting guests.
Handling check-ins and check-outs.
Opening and closing the cash register.
Processing payments and handling cash.
Selling tours and providing information about Coyhaique and Patagonia.
Responding to guest inquiries and assisting with reservations when needed.
Keeping the reception area tidy and organized.
Collaborating with the rest of the team to provide an excellent guest experience.
Arrive punctually at the start of each shift.
Treat guests and other team members with respect.
Be willing to learn and take suggestions.
Maintain organization and pay attention to details.
