My stay at the finca was wonderful. Goyo and Lydia are very warm, attentive and respectful people; Lydia, in particular, is an admirable woman from whom you learn a lot about what it means to live in a country house. I'm going to be at a loss for words because it's impossible to sum up how amazing this experience was. From the first minute I felt super comfortable and cared for. Lydia and Goyo are incredibly generous hosts with everything, funny and affectionate; at all times they make you feel at home! I learned a lot about life on the farm and the hard, constant work it demands, but how comforting it is. I already miss Gucci, Channel, Tronca, Simon... and all the beautiful little animals that live there. Sharing the experience with Estefania (another volunteer) was also a plus! Thanks to everyone!!

What can I say about this wonderful experience! It was my first volunteer experience using this platform and it set the bar very high.
The finca is a beautiful, tranquil, and special place, just like the people who live there. Lidia and Goyo are wonderful people and I enjoyed living with them.
From day one they offered me delicious and nutritious vegetarian food. Goyo cooks spectacularly (and Lydia isn't far behind!). They gave me total flexibility on my days off to be able to run errands in the city.
The tasks are very simple, although they may require some strength. It's enjoyable all the same.

My stay at the finca was wonderful. Goyo and Lidia are excellent hosts. The tasks are simple and I had the opportunity to learn about caring for field animals. Goyo is an excellent cook, he prepared many typical recipes from Spain and we shared very interesting conversations. The finca is beautiful and the space allocated for volunteers is super comfortable.

It has been one of my first volunteer experiences, and I am very grateful to Lydia and Don Goyo. They made me feel like family and they know a lot. I learned a lot, and living with the animals is wonderful. Tronca, the little female dog, is a sweetheart, and the kittens Chanel and Gucci too, especially Gucci who stole my heart!!!! My stay at the farm was excellent, the working hours were as agreed, the work isn't very heavy but it's normal if you're on a farm. You did tasks both in the fields and in the house... I got to know the typical meals thanks to them. Lydia and Goyo were always very kind, I would definitely come back!!!! 😊

Mi experiencia fue muy buena. Los anfitriones han sido muy generosos. Las tareas son variadas y se respeta el tiempo acordado con flexibilidad a los cambios. Hay animales de varias especies asi es que pude aprender sobre particularidades de cada uno y el entorno natural es muy hermoso.

Las tareas en la casa, son básicamente el mantenimiento de la finca: revisar, aumentar y arreglar el riego, reparaciones generales, limpieza de casa, sembrar, alimentar a los animales (cabras, ovejas, gallinas, patos y una yegua increíble). Los Horarios se respetan que son por las mañanas. Lydia y Goyo son increíbles personas, muy generosos que te hacen sentir como en casa. Gracias por la paciencia para enseñarme nuevas cosas y la experiencia!
