The experience

There is a salary associated with this position.

We're looking for someone with appropriate experience to join our team to lead or assist with adventure sports tours; sports include SUP, kayaking, cycling and hiking.

Our clients are not expecting extreme sports activities, we offer adventure sports experiences that combine activities and tourism. Guiding experience is a requirement.

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Teaching Sports: Teaching or assisting the host, guests, or local communities in practicing sports or physical activities.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Free Events: Get free entrance for the best events in town.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Surfboards: You can use our surfboards as much as you want.

Yoga classes: Take free yoga classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English

Between 24 and 48 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Activities & Shift

You'll work with small groups of travelers, instructing or assisting another guide, depending on your skill level. We will provide you with accommodations, food and transportation in our co-living space in the beautiful peninsula, Lustica, with tours taking place near Kotor and surrounding areas. See Montenegro+
