30 hours of help per week
Kitchen Hand: Help prepare, finish and serve meals.

At Arima Surf House, our volunteer program is designed to be a genuine cultural and human exchange. Volunteers become part of our team and daily life, not just helpers, but real members of our surf family.
How it works:
Volunteers work 5 to 6 hours per day across three main areas — housekeeping, reception, and kitchen. Tasks are rotated so that every volunteer gets to experience all sides of running a surf house. We make sure the workload is fair, manageable, and always paired with a good atmosphere.
We organize shifts in the morning or afternoon or evenings, leaving plenty of free time to surf, explore Agadir, visit local markets, or simply relax by the beach. Volunteers get days off each week to recharge and discover Morocco at their own pace.
In return for your time and energy, we provide free accommodation, breakfast and sometimes dinners , and access to our activities including surf sessions and local excursions. We want every volunteer to leave with new skills, unforgettable memories, and friendships that last.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a volunteer, you'll be involved in 3 key areas:

• Keep the common areas, dorms, and bathrooms clean and tidy
• Change bed linens and prepare rooms for new guests
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and good atmosphere of the house
🛎️ Reception
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out
• Answer questions about the house, surf lessons, and local area
• Help manage bookings and communicate with incoming guests
• Create a warm, friendly first impression for every visitor
🍳 Kitchen Hand
• Assist in meal preparation and cooking for guests and staff
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Help serve meals and clean up after cooking sessions
• Support the team in maintaining food hygiene standards
