Program Details

SELF-KNOWLEDGE - this is our purpose.

The ultimate goal of Yoga transcends mere health, vitality, energy, flexibility, and emotional balance that everyone already knows and benefits from in practices across numerous schools throughout the country.

The true meaning of Yoga, the final reason it was codified by the Great Masters, is to constitute a path to self-knowledge, which the Orientals call Enlightenment.

We invite everyone, yoga practitioners or not, to participate in our immersion into techniques brought from ashrams in India.

We hold periodic retreats that will be available to volunteers, in addition to meditation and pranayama practices.

Activities & Shift

We request volunteers interested in helping with maintenance, especially in the garden. We are open to flexible exchange hours to enable excursions and tourism in the region.
