I really appreciated getting to experience and learn about a new-to-me type of collective living in such a vibrant forest setting. I was given a list of tasks I could help out with each week with flexibility on when to do them. The communication was good and I enjoyed getting to contribute to the upkeep of this beautiful space. The most meaningful part was the day-to-day interactions and time shared with wonderful humans. I had so many inspiring conversations about politics, relationships, nature, and values. I'm leaving the eco village feeling both calm and politically/ethically/spiritually energized.

I returned to the ecovillage for a second volunteering stint, this time taking care of one of the property's chalets. I was responsible for cleaning, organizing, and preparing the space to welcome the next resident. It was a simple experience, but very meaningful. I realized how small gestures of care transform the experience of those who arrive later. I also had the opportunity to meet Mari, one of the hosts I couldn't meet during my first visit there, and I simply adored her. I left once again with a warm heart and a lot of gratitude for this experience.

The eco village is a beautiful space, full of people with stories to tell. Honestly I recommend it with all my heart. Luis who greeted me with a tour spoken about the space, showed me and explained what the spirit of the villa is, to grow in community. There are activities to do everywhere and all the time, among them the always active predisposition of those who live there to teach and learn. Constantly there were questions going and coming, which made the knowledge I had about the local culture and about myself grow a lot. Ideal for someone who is on their own search. Bjss.

The eco village has its own pace in the rhythm of nature. The host Luiz is very communicative and makes us feel very comfortable, which is why I felt at home from the beginning.
