I had an incredible time the farm! I feel so grateful to of had Paula as my host for my first World Packers trip. She is a very intelligent, talented, and considerate woman. I felt comfortable and supported the entire time. I loved meeting locals, salsa classes, sharing great meals and laughs with fellow volunteers, and being taken on beautiful hikes. I learned more about myself, as well as sustainability, through daily tasks, taking care of the land and the animals, and through the general way of living. My experience at the farm was fantastic. I stayed for three weeks and the time just flew by. I learned so much about nature, eco-friendly living, caring for animals, and building. Paula goes out of her way to make you feel at home, and she loves to share her hobbies with you, like salsa dancing. Besides the work, there was plenty of free time to relax and do activities with the other volunteers. I would recommend it to everyone.

This was my first experience with Worldpackers and I really enjoyed my time at the farm. I got to learn a lot of new things while living on the parcela with Paula. She always made sure that we felt comfortable and even took us with her to some local events, like a salsa night or the local Oktoberfest. There were also other voluntarios during my stay, which made it even nicer. I can really recommend this place!

We stayed 15 days at the farm and felt truly welcomed and embraced from the beginning until the end. Paula always made sure we felt comfortable, and we not only had the chance to live with her and her two kids, but she also took us to many events and shared beautiful experiences with us. During our time there, we learned a lot about the environment, working in nature, taking care of animals and working as a team. At the farm, we also met many other volunteers who in the end became friends. We recommend this place to anyone who wants to live an authentic experience! Gracias por todo!

Paula's project is incredible. She takes care of two children, a parcela, lots of animals, and volunteers; she has worked hard for it and still does. It's a beautiful place where you can feel deeply in touch with nature. On the other hand, there's a lot of work with high physical demand, digging holes, trimming trees, and helping with construction, which can be very tiring. We were only two volunteers, and normally there are four, so the tasks can be better divided. The experience was amazing, the contact with the locals, the children, and nature has definitely impacted me. I'm thankful!

The 18-day immersion experience with Paula and her children was amazing and reminded me of home a little. The tasks were easy to complete, the food was well provided and I was able to have a good relationship with her family and friends. The only thing I would recommend improving is the volunteer facilities, which are not well maintained, especially the bathroom that cannot be used, so she let us use her bathroom instead :) Overall I recommend this volunteer, it was a pleasure to be with you, thanks for everything.

I loved my experience working with Paula and her family, it's such a special place. They are very welcoming and accommodating, they make you feel like part of the family. The farm is beautiful and the work is fair. I mainly fed the animals in the mornings and tended to the gardens. They have a beautiful pool to dip into when the afternoons become very hot. I would definitely recommend experiencing this beautiful place ❤️
