The staff are really nice, you have a lot of free time to explore the town you have a chance to improve your social skills talking with the guest and the staff also with locals the are some local people working in there the vibe is chill i didn't feel any pressure doing my job i felt like i have my own time space and way to do what a needed to do.

The other volunteers made the experience. Otherwise it's more of a business than a cultural experience and the staff aren't really inclusive with the volunteers. The tasks aren't difficult but one big thing to note is that you do not get any off days even though it's advertised as such. You also aren't able to go on the loop with volunteers you meet there which seemed unfair :( All together I can recommend the volunteer-ship if you're wanting to cut back on your loop costs and make some great friends with the other volunteers.
