I had a great experience at the hostel! Tadeusz and Asia mad a great working environment with a clear idea of what tasks we were all responsible for. There was a great community with the other volunteers, with several events hosted by others at the hostel, and it was a great place to meet other travelers.

I enjoyed my stay in the hostel. Kind of sad that I needed to leave, when it started to feel like home. The work is pretty easy and fair and you get lots of time off to visit other cities, participate in local activities or go to the lake. Also they provide some food for the volunteer to use aswell :) Overall very lovely place that I can recommend if you are looking for a cozy/ artsy and more or less a calm hostel <3

The hostel was my first volunteering experience, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. I stayed for three weeks but wish I had stayed longer—if you're considering it, I highly recommend spending more time there. The hostel is small but cozy, and the tasks are easy to manage. Tartu has a small-town charm, yet there's always something to do. Helgur and Sigrid are kind and always available to help. I'm truly grateful for this experience and leave with great memories and even better people <3

My time at the hostel was so special, primarily because of the wonderful people: fellow volunteers, staff and visiting guests. the hostel was close-by to several arts/ culture orgs that host events and Tartu has many green spaces to walk in. The hostel itself is also very welcoming and cozy! The management is a bit disorganized communication wise, but they are open to new ideas and the work was easy and collaborative. Time off was respected and I had lots of time to explore. I am so grateful for my the hostel family!! Thank you for having me :)

The hostel was my first volunteering experience, and it was truly indescribable. Everyone at the hostel is helpful, the work isn't difficult, and the atmosphere is cozy. I'm leaving not only with wonderful memories but, most importantly, with such an awesome friends. It really felt like second home to me. I can recommend it to everyone, and I would also love to come back soon. A big thank you to all the receptionists for their amazing aproach and for making my stay unforgettable. I hope we'll see each other again <3

I had such a lovely time at the hostel. The city of Tartu is a very peaceful place, with tons of community events (if you look for them). The hostel itself is full of color and warm vibes. If you need to escape the rush of real life, this is your place. Also, you start work at 10 am and have the rest of the day free when you're finished!

I loved staying here at the hostel! I had an amazing time talking to all different sorts of people and getting to know Estonia in the process! Since I was here during off season (Feburary) , we usually had very little work to do. I definitely recommend volunteering here and I hope I'll be back some day

A great experience for a first time packer! Staff are supportive, the hostel is comfy and cute. I was there during off season so not much work to do, leaving time for me to explore the city (it's so beautiful during winter!).

Because of unexpected circumstances I worked only a few days in the hostel but I had a really nice time. The work is not a lot and we always finished after about two hours. You get used to the system easily and can choose you daily tasks in communication with the other volunteers. Because the city is not so big and especially in winter it's very calm, I would recommend bringing some books or other stuff to fill your free time.
