I highly recommend this volunteer experience!!! Just keep in mind that the work is tough and serious, so you need to be ready to work hard. The work can change every week and the tasks can change too, but this makes you learn a lot of things. Alberto is amazing and he was always so attentive to the volunteers. 'Alora' kkk I had a wonderful time! The work itself could be challenging at times, especially during busier days. Occasionally, we were asked to help with other tasks, but nothing unreasonable and always well explained. The best part of it all was the people. The other volunteers and staff were amazing, and we had so much fun! Alberto was always kind, attentive and funny and he would take us out weekly, which helped create a wonderful atmosphere within the group! I got to learn a bit of Italian and explore beautiful places using Milan as a base for unforgettable day trips💫 I really recommend!

My experience was really good. I learned a lot of Italian, and I was able to perform very well at work . The place is very big, and after a while , it really start to felling like home. They give you plenty of food, and Alberto is an Amazing person. More than a boss, he becomes your friend.
I was also lucky to share this experience with other wonderful volunteers, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Honestly, I felt at home. The working hours are very well respected, and Alberto takes the volunteers out at least 3 times a week to have a drink, walk around, or explore different places.

One of the coolest experiences I've ever had!
I stayed for a month, excellent facilities and a wonderful team! The work demands a lot of energy from the men because the hotel has a large area and always requires maintenance. But we are always listened to and have good free time, and Alberto is always willing to go out with us and keep everyone united! Nemo is responsible for assigning jobs to the men, a serious and very hardworking guy, I learned a lot from him! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to go to Milan!

My experience was very positive. Alberto is a wonderful person and will do everything he can to make you feel comfortable🤍 He truly cares about volunteers and organizes many activities.
However, keep in mind that the work is hard, and depending on your shifts you may have to start very early in the morning. The hotel is located in Rho, which is not very close to Milan. If you are coming for the nightlife, then you need to lower your expectations! There is not public transportation at night, and taking a taxi back can be very expensive. Also, speaking English all the time is not guaranteed.

The experience was absolutely great !! I was able to learn the usage of new tools, inmerse with the local culture and the host exceeded my expectations, the Food was AMAZING and I felt respected at all times, the schedule hours were respected at all times, the host was very flexible with any request made and he took the time to show us around the area , used his personal time to share great moments with in the volunteers, the location to move around other cities or countries its very easy to navigate around , I will strongly will recommend this place.
