Volunteering with Manoj was a great experience! The work was very simple and chill, very easy to do. The lunch he shared with me was delicious! Also was very flexible and easy to talk to when I was going out of town. Manoj and his friends were very welcoming and made me feel like a part of their family, it really was a wonderful experience. Manoj also had a lot of tips and just generally great conversation and views to share. Overall, it was a good time and a great chance to learn from local minds and learn more about the community and environment. Thank you!!

Manoj was so welcoming from the moment I arrived. I learnt a lot about the culture and ways of life in Kandy. It was a pleasure to volunteer for him. I met his friends and his father brought us lunch everyday which was delicious!

Hello,I'm sorry to share that I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. Although the host was kind, there was no privacy in the accommodation. Random people entered the room asking about the shower, and even while I was sleeping or changing clothes, curtains were opened and people came inside. Since I was the only person staying in a 6-bed room, this made me feel unsafe. Additionally, the toilets were not in a usable condition for me. I arrived with good intentions and was ready to start volunteering, but after what I experienced that evening, I realized I could not continue and had to leav
