I loved my stay in Tamsui, it is a beautiful area. I recommend visiting it. The hostel is a few steps away from the Old Street and the riverside. Tasks are very well explained. The staff keep things professional and helpful. Time passed in a flash, I wish I could have stayed longer!

I LOVED my experience here. All of the girls at the front were so beyond kind. Schedule stayed the same. It was hard work but honestly it goes by quickly. Very grateful for my experience here.
Everyday you start at 10 (except your days off of course) you start on top floor all the way to first. You clean the beds that checked out and then do each floors bathrooms:)
My room was vey comfortable!! Showers were nice & they also have shampoo/ body wash. In the room they have curtains and also a light for you in the bed !!

Everyone at the hostel was incredibly welcoming, and you could always ask them if you had any questions or anything like that. The tasks were easy to understand and not too difficult to complete, and they didn't take too long. Overall, we had a fantastic stay there, and the surrounding area is also very beautiful! Definitely recommended.

My fiancée and I volunteered here for two weeks and had an amazing time. The hosts were very helpful while explaining our responsibilities and made sure to respect the agreed upon hours. The work was not too hard and we were even allowed to leave early some days should there be less work! The staff were also very friendly, offering us fruit and recommendations on places to check out. The hostel is located in a smaller town with lots to do and is a close train ride from the hostel!

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We were showed how to do the tasks the first 2 days, and the tasks were straightforward. We started at 10 and usually finished around 1-1:30 on non busy days. When we had problem, the staffs tried to resolve them as quickly as they could. Overall, highly recommend! The staffs are amazing and the town (Tamsui) has good vibe. You only need to take one train to get to the city. There are plenty of things to do nearby. We're hoping to come back in the future either as volunteers or guests.

This was my first Worldpackers experience and I truly couldn't have asked for a better one. The tasks were very consistent and straight forward. Some days, there are many volunteers working together, making the day go by even quicker. The staff are also very kind and supportive. Overall, it's been a fantastic experience. Anyone interested in trying Worldpackers and exploring Taiwan, I highly recommend coming here!
