Program Details
We are a family-based project in Costa Rica connected to a tropical farm, focused on sustainable living, cultural exchange, and applied learning.
This program is part of FCR Learning International and is designed as a Spanish School + Fellowship Program, combining structured education with real-life immersion.
Participants go through a guided Spanish learning process that includes:
Level assessment before starting
Access to structured Spanish modules (Hotmart platform)
Support from tutors (online and offline)
Daily real-life Spanish practice through interaction
The goal is to develop real communicative skills, not just passive learning.
The farm operates as a living laboratory, where participants experience sustainability and circular economy principles through daily activities and real-world context.
Participants are supported by a local supervisor and evaluated through a competency-based approach inspired by the Common European Framework (CEFR).
Certificates of participation and competencies may be provided depending on engagement and performance.
This program was recently updated through a system upgrade, integrating improved structure, methodology, and sustainability standards.
This is a structured fellowship experience, not traditional volunteering.
We value independence, responsibility, and respectful collaboration within a real-life environment.
The program is aligned with sustainability and circular economy principles, and is connected to a Green Seal certification process developed with the Tourism and Circular Economy Chamber in Costa Rica and international partners through the AL-INVEST program (EU/Germany).
