This is a really beautiful place surrounded by nature and the accommodation/meals are truly a luxury. The village is VERY remote, so when work was finished, there wasn't much to explore during the day except for a couple hiking trails. Wifi is spotty and sparse, so maybe not the best for digital nomads doing other work. The work is easy but must be done to a very specific standard, which is very understandable as it is a very luxurious place for guest. Nina cares so much about her volunteers and her property, I truly wish her all the best and success for the future.

My experience in the hotel was amazing. I loved the hotel, the bungalows, the nature we were surrounded with and the local people we got to meet. Special thank you to Nina, this experience was amazing all thanks to your kindness and responsibility. I could see all the love that you had to offer not only to your hotel, clients, friends and family, but also with us, you made us feel home, and that's difficult. Again thank you so much!!! This experience was everything it's made out to be, the accommodations for the volunteers are excellent and have everything you need, and if there is something missing, Nina will make sure you get it. She is really involved in the well-being of the volunteers and cares about us. The animals bring a really nice touch to your experience even though you don't get to work with them. The only thing I would say is that it is pretty far away from the nearest town, so most of the time you will be at the hotel, so if that is something that you don't like, maybe this experience is not for you.

I absolutely loved working here! The work was easy and gave me plenty of time to explore Montenegro. The housing was clean and very nice, and there was never any issue with food. It is remote but Nina gives ample opportunities to go to different places, and I found myself in big cities 4-5 times a week. Nina was an amazing boss and an even better person. I was so sad to leave!

I recommend this experience. Nina is a very kind and caring host. The work is simple and we often finish early. Every day we are lucky to have delicious lunch. We also had the opportunity to discover the beautiful Skadar Lake and go out to the beach. My stay at the hotel was a really nice experience. It's remote, it's important to know you'll need to organize ahead of time to go out of the property. I was looking for some downtime for my travels so it worked nicely for me. I helped creating a communications and brand guide and make videos and photos for social media, I had flexible times and the volunteers I shared with were amazing people, and I connected with Nina in what feels more like a friendship. Thank you Nina for everything! Already missing the hotel and all the little kittens.

My first World-packers experience was challenging. I felt disrespected by Nina's attitude towards me and the other volunteers. I tried to resolve any misunderstanding in person but unfortunately there was no improvement. I felt there were many lines crossed between me and the host like trying to prevent me from taking a sick day and her speaking badly about me to other volunteers. The location itself is beautiful but with lack of engagement from Nina and her high demands despite no proper support, it felt like a job for me and very stressful at times with her very long messages after hours.
