Program Details
Volunteers are part of the daily life of a small, community-driven brewery and taproom.
Tasks may include helping with basic bar support (serving drinks, clearing tables, washing glasses), assisting during events, simple food prep, cleaning, and occasionally helping with social media or creative projects depending on your skills. The work is not complicated, but it does require a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to help where needed.
This is a summer, partially paid position, and our busiest season. Some days are relaxed, while others — especially event nights or weekends — can be lively and fast-paced.
In return, we offer a friendly, inclusive environment where you’ll be treated as part of the team. We keep communication open and supportive, and we’re happy to guide you if it’s your first time working in hospitality.
You’ll have time to enjoy Ito as well — beaches, hot springs, snorkeling spots, fireworks, and local festivals are all part of the experience.
We’re looking for people who are social, responsible, and enjoy being around others. If you like community, culture, and a bit of energy, you’ll fit in well here.
