I loved volunteering as a yoga teacher at the camping. The team and other volunteers were super nice and I felt very welcome from the beginning. I enjoyed the work and it was like we agreed before I arrived. There is plenty of time to explore the super beautiful island and I enjoyed living on the camping and being outdoors a lot. I stayed here in the off-season, so it was quiet and peaceful. We mostly cleaned common areas and helped paint the walls. The island is beautiful, with amazing beaches nearby. People here were very friendly, and the karaoke nights were really fun. I would love to see this place during summer too. I definitely recommend coming here!

Very relaxing, and a great way to live the slower island life in Italy. Got to hang out with Betty and her friends, so felt very welcomed. Had lots of adventures, and appreciated the respect that the staff had for the volunteers, not micromanaging and having a lot of understanding and flexibility. Andrea, Veronica, Pam and Flavio as well were such welcoming, fun people. We always got included on fun events. Loved it!

I had a great stay at Casa Dei Prati. Betty and her family were so welcoming and accommodating, getting us involved with social activities, including taking us into Portoferraio and taking us on a hike up the highest peak on the island. The work varied from day to day and there was plenty of time to explore the island in the afternoons. I loved being within walking distance of several of the islands stunning beaches. Everyone at the campground was very kind and welcoming. They included the other volunteers and I in activities, and even took us on a beautiful hike! The work was not hard at all, and it varies from day to day. There is plenty of time to relax and explore the island. The campground has plenty to do and the vibes are great. We had a great time at the camping! Francesco picked us up on our arrival. The campsite was very busy when we arrived so our welcome was short but on our first working day the task lists were very clear and achievable. Our caravan was a little unclean but it was comfortable. We would recommend hiring a vehicle or BYO as the public transport is limited. Thank you Betty and team!
