Program Details
Breakfast and other meals preparation. The kitchen is a place of creativity and proactivity. Here we work with an inclusive, traditional, vegetarian, and vegan kitchen and we value food so that there is no waste. We prioritize artisanal production and fresh ingredients. For this position, agility and good improvisation skills are required. Know how to follow the workflow determined by the kitchen coordination and how to make the most of the foods and recipes intuitively and intelligently.
Important to note that due to the Island's logistics (no cars), some purchasing tasks include trips to markets, bakeries, and produce markets when necessary, to keep the kitchen stocked. Therefore, a dynamic mind and good planning ability are important so we can always minimize the workload and logistics.
