Camping the camping ? Amazing ! The place is a pure paradise. Total immersion in nature with great water falls and a lot of animals, especially birds. Even if Luiza was physically not here, she was really responsive (I never wait more than 5 minute after send a message) and instruction was clear. I had the time to enjoy the place and hike with some campers. It was wonderful being in the middle of water, trees, birds, dogs and horses ✨ Thanks Hugo and Laylla for helping me and show me how everything works !

My first volunteering experience with worldpackers was amazing. The camping site is located in the lower part of Serra da Canastra, and there you experience an immersion in the cerrado. There are more than 17 camping spots to explore by taking nearby trails. I met incredible people I'll carry with me for life. I am very grateful to Luiza, Alan, Jeovane, Ana Paula, Vanessa and Ana Maria for welcoming me with open arms. I went alone and was anxious, but everything exceeded my expectations.

What an INCREDIBLE experience it was to be at the campsite!
It was the best choice for a first trip on Worldpackers: super welcoming, didactic, friendly staff, with people who have already volunteered and thus have full awareness and empathy for the volunteering experience.
I was warmly welcomed by Luiza and her family, and by the staff Gabriela, Thainá, Ariel, Chiquinho, and the team from the Ana Paula and Giovanni restaurant. The tasks were always explained very well, meals were provided, and the place is gorgeous; I connected with nature and learned a lot about Serra da Canastra. I miss it already!
