It was a really cool experience! The hostel has a very good location. Right near the beach. Not to mention that the hostel's structure is PHENOMENAL. Highly recommend. Kelly, Luis, and Mr. Claudio are really nice people. I would go back.

From the first contact with the team I started to fall in love, it's really like being at home. But I would like to specially mention Luiz (Lu for the close ones, haha), for the reception, conversations and farewell. Now talking about the hostel, super well equipped, organized and clean. We have daily tasks that can be passed via message or on a printed list. In any case, everything is well discussed; if there is any change it is communicated in advance. The schedules are always respected and you will rarely need to do something outside of schedule (but believe me, if you need to, you will do it peacefully).

The hostel is large and very organized. It is well located in front of Paciência Beach, in Rio Vermelho, a quiet place but also with nightlife. The interaction with the staff was very relaxed and the tasks were well organized. Every morning we received a list of the chores that had to be done, which involved cleaning and tidying up the place.

The hostel is a very organized and clean place, and the facilities are comfortable. The people who lived with us, the volunteers, were three very dear staff members: Kelly, Fernanda and Paulo; they welcomed me very well and we developed a beautiful bond of friendship and care. The tasks are extremely clear, and when finished, the volunteer's work ends; on most days it ended before the 4-hour daily limit. Breakfast is a small stipend, which was positive in my experience. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Salvador's nightlife. I recommend the experience!

It was amazing, I had a family emergency and I had to finish my volunteering a few days earlier. But since the first day, I felt super welcomed and at home. The whole team is amazing — always attentive. The tasks were calm, well explained and easy to complete. The scheduling of the hours was also great, always respected and clear, which made the routine light and stress-free. The environment is calm, cozy, and full of good vibes. Praia da Paciência beach is right there nearby, just completes this sense of peace. I am very grateful for everything I lived here. Thank you for everything 🫶🏻

It was a beautiful volunteer experience, I was warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived, and the work team is wonderful, both staff and fellow volunteers. I spent 3 amazing weeks in Salvador, and I learned a lot more about the language and the culture. The tasks were always well planned, even on dates like Carnival, when there is a lot of movement every day.
I left feeling very grateful for this place and its people, with a strong desire to return 💛
