The family was amazing. They cooked healthy meals every day and taught me a lot about ways to improve my mental and physical health. They're also more than happy to take you to local events and festivals when they're going on. I felt very welcome and i totally recommend this for anyone looking to learn French, sustainable autonomous living, or just a comfy place to stay and work.

A wonderful family, idyllic scenery, rewarding work, delicious food, a comfortable private room - a truly faultless experience. Rosylene is especially patient when it comes to helping with French (which was the main reason I was there) and I'm incredibly happy with the progress I made in only 4 weeks! I learnt so much from each member of the family, and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for everything Frederics, miss you already xxx

This is real countryside living. If this is what you're looking for. You are disconnected entirely despite it's only a few minutes away from a village. Good place to see some wild fauna. It was nice sharing and discussing about French culture and French language. They're real patient if you don't speak yet the language and motivate you to improve fast. That was my real purpose. That was what I came for. And I did. So thank you Roselyne and Guillaume. Thank you indeed. I really appreciate it Oh, and they have a lovely dog, willing to play all time, so be ready

From the moment I was picked up from the station I was welcomed and made to feel like part of their family. Roselyne's hospitality is like nothing else and you learn to appreciate a balanced lifestyle without convenience or over consumption. Working with either Guillaume or Roselyne is great as they are both funny and friendly. They trust you to do your work when you are alone but there is no sense of pressure from them. I have learnt lots about French culture which I miss already. Hanging out with their son was always fun and I was lucky to get to meet their daughter when I was in Toulouse.

I am so glad my first Worldpackers experience was with the Fredos. Guillaume and Roselyne are amazing hosts who treated me like family, included me in outings and get togethers, and taught me so much about French culture and sustainability. The food prepared by Roselyne is truly delicious, the work hours are as agreed, and the room offered is very cozy and private. Forever grateful for my magical experience in the home and hoping to visit again soon

If you're looking for a calm and beautiful place and have the opportunity to stay with Roselyne and her loving family, do not miss this chance! Learn about french culture, agriculture and language while enjoying tasty family dinners with interesting conversations over the dinnertable. They have a son who's very nice and creative and fun to get to know. The house is surrounded by beautiful french countryside with its lovely hills and from some parts of the area you can see mountaintops of the pyrinees on a clear day. I will miss my “french family” so much and truly hope to come back someday!

Roselyne and her family are very welcoming, attentive and lovely. We had the chance to share our time with Roselyn parent's and it added a lot to our volunteering. The place is beautiful, peaceful so it's nice to work outside and connect with all the nature surrounding. We learnt so much about French culture and our hosts were sharing all they could with us about food and culture in general. Very happy and thankful we spent our firsts weeks in France with the Fredo's family. Highly recommended.

A physically demanding experience for someone who is sedentary and of my age. The lessons on sustainability and the relationships between consumption and waste were very relevant to the experience. Roselyne is an amazing cook and very attentive to make sure nothing is ever missing. She introduced me to very interesting people and experiences that broadened my perspective. Nature is truly uplifting, and being close to Toulouse can guarantee you an unforgettable outing on your days off. If you want more details, don't hesitate to write to me!

Undoubtedly it is a very enriching experience; sharing with the Fredos family was incredible for me. They taught me to rethink my way of life, to improve my diet, and that discipline is very important. Total respect during my stay; I shared with wonderful people. Tyca, the border collie, the loveliest love in the world, a being incredibly talented, full of life and with a strong desire to be your companion. I'm grateful for helping me bring in the chickens; it was beautiful. It gave me a field experience, including farming, planting, and sustainability, very important to me. Thank you.

My stay in the house with the Frescos family was very rewarding. They are a loving family and have wonderful pets, especially their dog Tyka, and their youngest son is very sweet. I had a health issue and they very kindly adapted the meals so that I could eat to my liking without medical complications. I highly recommend going to the house if you truly are a person who loves the mountains, cutting tree trunks, collecting hay, and similar activities.
