This was a great volunteer opportunity! You get so close with the other volunteers and meet lots of new people. The beaches nearby are so beautiful. We were fed very well and all the restaurant's food was amazing. It can get a bit chaotic during busy peak season so I'd recommend this mostly to people who already have hospitality experience but it's also a great chance to learn new skills. All the cats there are super cute and cuddly as well! Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience volunteering at the hotel&the hotel. Unfortunately i stayed shorter than i thought, but i had so much fun. Its a big group of volunteers, we do everything together, so it feels like a big family. The food is really good and the accommodation very comfortable. You work hard, but at least you can make some tips. I totally recommend this place, i miss very much. <3

Spyros is a wonderful, understanding and easy-going host, and the hotel & the hotel is such a beautiful place to work. Being behind the bar also gave me the privilege of watching the most incredible sunsets in Himarë. I'm truly grateful for everything!

The hotel & the hotel was my first Worldpackers experience so far, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone - I would have stayed longer if I could and genuinely hope to return in the future! The environment was so welcoming and I quickly felt like I was part of a family, which was very difficult to leave. The work was hard at times but fast paced, stimulating, and made our regular post-work wines/ social activities all the more rewarding. I am so grateful to Spyros, Valentina and the whole crew for making it one of the most memorable months of my life. Thank you so much for looking after us!

I can't begin to describe just how lovely that time was! It's always the people who make an experience special, and here you'll find the very best of them! Spyros, Valentina, the lovely Francesca (whom I'll spend the rest of my life wishing all happiness) and all family make you feel welcome and deliver on every promise. The work is hard – after all, it's summer in a tourist town – but it will also give the chance to meet incredible people. I was absolutely lucky with all the friends I met, and I'll always be grateful for how much they touched my soul during a period of self-rediscovery 🩷

I had a great experience at F&O it's a beautiful restaurant with a stunning view of Himare, it is super busy which makes time go fast. Meeting fellow volunteers was one of the highlights for me you really do all spend so much time together in the dorms followed by beach days and after work drinks as well as breakfast and dinner provided which I looked forward to very much. Spyros & Valentina were always approachable and happy to help as well as welcoming and generous, Francesca was always a bundle of energy I loved having around! Great mix between free time in the day and volunteering at night

I loved my stay at the hotel & the hotel! Spiros and Valentina gave me a warm welcome and did everything to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The work is rewarding and fast-paced, so you never get bored. I met some amazing fellow volunteers, and there's a really great vibe in the restaurant. The location is beautiful and convenient, and the food is excellent. If you want to meet other travelers while exploring paradise beaches, going hiking, or taking boat trips, I highly recommend it!

The job was enjoyable, even though I applied for a parking attendant position but ended up doing a little bit of everything. It's a great place to meet people and enjoy the sea. The food was great, and the rooms were nice, too. I recommend it !!

This was an unforgettable experience. If you want a volunteer experience where you can really bond with other international volunteers you can't get better than this one. The volunteer team truly felt like a family, I met so many wonderful people who quickly became good friends. Your days will probably look like beach time all day (it's a pretty quiet, chill town with the most gorgeous beach) and then work in the evenings. Come prepared for hard work - I came to get true waitressing skills and I'm very satisfied that I got what I was looking for.
