Claudio was a wonderful and open host that really created a good team dynamic and made sure that everyone felt included. My friend and I were really happy to have access to a huge quantity of vegetables, fruits and components to make ourselves wonderful meals everyday! We did housekeeping instead of bartending and cooking, but we still enjoyed the tasks. We met amazing people at the hostel and really created a special bond with some of them :) I would highly recommend volunteering at this hostel for its amazing location in Arica, for the good vibes and simply for a fun experience in Chile!

The stay was enjoyable and the hosts were really flexible. We had fun meeting other volonteers and friends of the house, as well as fellow travellers . the hostel is an hostel of sociabilisation and encounters. People were gentle and respectful. There is a lot of free time and space to create whatever your art is (cooking, dancing, visual arts, music, etc).

I had a wonderful experience with this host. Never felt any discomfort. The tasks were easy and the hours varied from morning to afternoon shifts. I had no problems understanding what was wanted from me. The atmosphere at the hostel is great. I had a lot of fun hanging out and communicating with the hosts, other volunteers and guests. Big thanks to Claudio for being patient with me as I don't really speak any Spanish. Wish I could've stayed longer!

I had a very good time at the hostel. The owners are very flexible, welcoming and down to earth, which made my stay very comfortable and good! The tasks are super easy and you have a lot of free time to enjoy the beaches and explore the nature away from Arica. I would recommend knowing some Spanish, as it is a local city without many tourists or people that speaks other languages :-)

Claudio is a very kind person and very open to listening to an idea or suggestion, the room was very comfortable and the tasks were in accordance with what was discussed. In general, people are very kind, especially Patito, who, although he was not a volunteer, was very willing to help me with the hostel improvements. I hope they can continue improving, because the hostel with its garden has a lot of potential.
