Our stay with Eveline, Fred and their family was truly wonderful. We felt very welcome and comfortable right from the start. It never felt like work and the time went by far too quickly. We enjoyed those weeks so much and shared many happy moments together. The food was absolutely delicious, we went on great trips, learned German together, practiced French and always had a great time playing board games. There is a bus stop right in front of their house, which makes getting around very easy. We would love to come back anytime and can wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you so much.

It was a truly amazing project! From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. Eveline and Fred always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were very caring and also gave us great tips for exploring the surrounding area.
We spent a lot of time reading and playing with the kids, which was so much fun. On the weekends, we also went on trips together and those experiences made our stay even more special. The kids were very sweet and working with them was a real joy.
We really enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend this project!

I sayed here with a friend. We were welcomed very warmly. The children are funny and always speak their minds. During holidays the working hours weren't strictly defined during holidays and sometimes we were asked for help with weeding once. Sometimes we worked 10 hours and other days just 4. The bus connection to Luxembourg city is good till 9 p.m. The food was delicious. You can play, do crafts and go outside with the kids. Studying went well even though the kids weren't very motivated during holidays. The French lesson for us were a bit improvised, but we only asked for one.

I really enjoyed my stay and had a great time! Everyone was so nice and friendly, we had a lot of fun together and the food was very good. I enjoyed spending time with the kids and speak german with them. I also had pleanty of time enjoying the country and my free time. I learned a lot of new things and felt very welcome in their home! :)

For me, it was my first experience with Worldpackers and my first solo trip, and it couldn't have gone better! From the start I was part of the family and was welcomed with open arms and lots of love! The four are super open and we had such a great time in which we had a lot of fun! It never felt like 'work' and you really have a lot of freedoms. Luxembourg is also really a great city - I felt completely at ease and I can truly recommend it to everyone from the bottom of my heart. 🤗🫶🏼

My stay with the family was really great! The family welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The communication with Eveline, Fred, and also the children was always very smooth, and both the hours and all other important details were well communicated. The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious and clean. I really felt comfortable there and I didn't feel like I was actually 'working'. My time there was wonderful, and I can warmly recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Luxembourg, if they are communicative and good with children. :))

My stay with Eveline, Fred, Amelie and Julien was truly wonderful!! I was incredibly warmly welcomed into the family and felt at home 🩷 The house and also the room for the Volunteers is a totally cozy space. I could communicate well on every topic with Eveline and Fred and I always felt seen, and the two incredibly cute cats are also a bonus. Here, as Volunteers, you will have a wonderful time with the family and at the same time also the possibility to explore the "country with free public transport". I can really only recommend the experience.

The stay was wonderful.
I was welcomed very warmly and already felt like a family member after just a few days! You can do everything you would do at home (baking, cooking…) Eveline does everything to ensure you lack for nothing and I loved learning French with her together 🥰 The kids are super funny and open and I had a lot of fun with them at home or on joint excursions.
The 'work' you have to do is small and it is fun to speak/learn German with you. I am very grateful for the time 🫶🏼

I had a wonderful time with Fred, Eveline and their charming children. From the beginning I didn't feel like a guest, but like a part of the family. The afternoons and weekends with the children were always very active, we learned a lot together, played, and goofed around.
Fred and Eveline took great care of me, gave me great tips about the area, and let me participate in their hobbies. My room was beautiful and the two cats are simply adorable. It was truly an authentic and warm family experience♡
