I loved my time at the hostel with Joaquin, Dani and the team. They were all incredibly welcoming, communicative and fun! Punta del Diablo is a lovely town and I only wish I had more time to stay! I hope I can soon return to the hostel, specially during the summer months. The tasks were easy, engaging, and Joaquin was always careful to ensure our expectations were being met. I appreciate how communicative he was about the needs of the hostel and how flexible they were by allowing me to come when it matched my travel plans rather than during summer months where I could have been of more help.

Costa Rica
I was out of season, so my experience is a bit different from normal. At first I have to admit that it was a bit hard for me because almost everything is closed out of season, but the truth is in the end I didn't even care anymore because of how beautiful the place is.
Punta del Diablo is stunning, from the beaches to the people who live there.
Regarding volunteering, I was asked to clean some separate cabins they have, the tasks were simple and Joaquin was quite flexible with the scheduling, besides always being attentive to what was needed.
I would go back without a doubt!

Experiencia inolvidable. El grupo humano y el ambiente laboral y social son excelentes. Todo el personal siempre muy predispuesto a ayudarte, escucharte y aconsejarte. Las horas de trabajo están muy bien organizadas y marcadas. Es destacable el ritmo laboral y el compromiso que mantienen con ello. Cumpliendo con altos estándares de limpieza e higiene. Como así también, es importante destacar la prolijidad y la organización con todo.
