I had a great experience. Carlos and Cynthia are very nice and very welcoming. Missions in the guest house were easy, working hours were not so important, so I had time to enjoy Mexico city. The house where we were living was very comfortable with all equipments we needed. Special thanks to Nicole, Shaylee, Jessica and Pepe with who I shared good moments.

Amazing experience! Carlos, Cynthia and Ben are the best. Everyone was open, friendly, and ready to help. They are doing amazing job creating the guest house. I felt so welcomed. I really liked how organized everything was, you have your schedule for the week ahead. Usually afternoons are free of work, so you can go and explore. Place is great, Coyoacan has everything you need, supermarkets are 10 minutes from hostel. I met wonderful people here! Thank you for this experience. Hope to back:) P.s. Greetings to Caspian❤️

The guest house is more than just a hostel, that's an amazing the guest house where you can meet people from all the countries. I am extremely grateful for all the friends I made there, for feeling welcomed and safe, for Ben's professionalism as manager and Carlos and Cynthia's hospitality. There is a clear schedule with tasks for every week and you are free every day after 1pm. I would definitely love to come back and will miss this place a lot! Thank you for making me falling in love with Mexico City! ❤️

I was at the guest house for 3 weeks and it was a really great experience. People are like family. You are doing great work and you are finding yourself in one of the most creative and artistic areas in Mexico City. Definitely have to come back:)

Thank you Cynthia and Carlos for opening the doors to this beautiful community, I’m leaving with a lump in my throat as I watch how each member goes their own way, I really came to care for them all. This place has a very nice energy, you feel peace and you can connect, and it is something I was looking for and I found it in Warm Heart Community. Thanks to Sally, Lau, Oswaldo and all the members of Milamex for their lovely energy and kindness. This volunteer program is highly recommended, the location is perfect, the house is super comfortable and everything flows.

My experience at Warmheart was wonderful. The place really lives up to its name and I felt incredibly welcomed. Carlos and Cynthia are amazing people, the tasks are easy (mainly cleaning, I did not do social media or content creation) but it is an experience I highly recommend. The place is comfortable and you meet several international travelers. It definitely helps you grow and learn a little bit of everything. The area where the house is located is very quiet and close to the subway, and the house is spacious. You will surely feel at home and you will have time to explore the city.

The house was a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, comfortable, and there are always people from many countries. This allows for the creation of a community, with friendships and bonds. Tasks are distributed among the volunteers and sometimes there are special activities, which makes everything more dynamic. Carlos and Cynthia were always kind and attentive, creating spaces for sharing. The location in Coyoacán is perfect for getting to know the city. I grew a lot, learned, made friends, and felt at home. I would totally recommend it and without a doubt I would love to return.

Volunteering at the house has been an incredible experience. Carlos and Cynthia make you feel at home from the first moment, with a warmth and closeness that you don't find every day. Sharing with all my fellow volunteers has been wonderful; I learned and laughed a lot with them, and every day there was something new to enjoy. I return to Europe as a different person. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone. Hopefully I'll be back soon 💕
