I spend a month with John and I had a wonderful time. It was really nice spending so much time with the horses, the tasks were really fair and I had quite a bit of free time to relax. John was super welcoming and always made sure we were having a good time :)

I had a wonderful time staying with John! The daily tasks mainly involve feeding the horses and cleaning the farm, and they only take a few hours each day. There are many horses to choose from, depending on your skill level. However, I would recommend this farm to more experienced riders, as most of the horses are quite young. Even if you feel confident in your riding skills, there is still a lot to learn. John is very welcoming and friendly. He regularly checks in to make sure everything is going well. I would definitely recommend this experience to other Worldpackers!

My stay with John was my first Worldpackers experience! I stayed for 3 months and learned soo much about being adaptable and working with horses! During my stay, I biked to surrounding towns and rode almost everyday (I miss Pookie very much). My favorite moments included visiting the Cliffs of Moher with everyone, jumping for the first time, and my walks with Pixie in the countryside! John has a consistent routine with the horses that includes mucking and feeding in the morning and poop picking and feeding in the evening, leaving time for fun and relaxation :-) Can't wait to return <3

I dont know where to start. This will be ur family, ur home, u will have so much fun and miss everybody in the end. The job is fun, easy and very little, the hours are respected and tons of free time during the day + 2 days off. U'll live in a big and comfortable caravan, with all your meals. John is an amazin host, felt like a dad. Daily routine is to ride the horses, so u need experience, but if it's basic riding, John will help u improve, great teacher! Life here is chill, calm, and fun! U'll make lots of friends. Defenetely a \"to do list\" experience. Miss you all! Thanks for everything❤️

I had such a great time on my first worldpacker experience! The work is not too difficult; you do feeding and mucking divided into the morning and evening, and are working with other volunteers. The horses are wonderful, and I loved riding. There is a variety of horses, including young green horses who are rewarding to work with. I learned so much. If you’d like, you can travel with John to assist with his equine dentistry, which was fascinating. John makes sure everyone is comfortable and has a great sense of humor. I will really miss this place!

I had an amazing time here .
John is a kind host and it feels like a little family.
The work is divided in morning and evening feeding and mocking out and most time you work together with the other volunteers.
Sometimes the work is more physically demanding and take longer but you always get help .
I really enjoyed the daily ride outs ,working with the horses and learned a lot !
I had a great time here ,already miss it and definitely want to come back :).

This was my first worldpacker experience and I absolutely loved it! The area is really nice and I loved the horses. John was a really nice and caring host who always made sure that you feel comfortable. I also enjoyed my dentistry trip with him a lot. The work consisted of feeding, mucking out and riding the horses. It can be physically demanding, but you will get used to it. It is important that you can work unsupervised since John sometimes needs to leave for work over night, but you will always have help from other volunteers. A very enjoyable experience, hopefully I can come back soon :))

I really enjoyed my time during this experience. The work consisted of cleaning the farm, feeding the horses, and riding. The working hours were divided between the morning and the evening, and all the volunteers worked together. John was a good host; he taught me a lot about horses and made sure I enjoyed my time here. The horses are very well cared for—I'll miss them all, as well as Miau Miau and Picksy. I hope to come back again someday.

This was my first world packer experience, and I had such a great time. I learned a lot about fox hunting in Ireland. We went there twice. I think this was the best experience. He did everything to make sure I had a great time. The work wasn't too hard and I had help most of the time from different volunteers. Tipperary Town is a lovely place to live. I really enjoy the dentistry trips and I learned a lot about this work. All in all I would definitely recommend this place, if you come with a willingness to learn new things and to work with green horses, and the desire to get insolved.
