My experience at the Center Concienca was really great. I spent one week there and I could have stayed longer. The place is beautiful, it's great if you like nature and are interested by spirituality. The host Cleyton is a really nice, very welcoming and loving person. The others volunteers were as well very good vibes. The work is not too demanding so you have time for reading, chilling, yoga, meditation so it's great to relax ! I didn't speak Portuguese but I learnt a lot, and they made a lot of effort to speak English and Spanish!

It was a nice place to get outside and do some helpful work. I speak next to no Portuguese (I volunteered with my girlfriend who does) and I wasn't left out or ignored, on the contrary everyone made me feel very welcome and tried to help me however they could. A very cool place with great people, I highly recommend giving it a try!!!

The experience was excellent! Cleyton picked me up at the bus station, introduced me to Poliana, his uncle, his daughter Laura, and other nice people. The place is very comfortable, with nature in recovery and preservation. The tasks were easy, and he let me set my own schedule: I pruned small trees, crawled through leaves, tidied rooms whose purpose was to organize, I washed tatami mats, etc. The food reflected Northeastern culture, the room was good, the house is near the towns. I went to Peroba Beach, in Maragogi-AL, thanks to Poli. Cleyton left me to catch the van and allowed me to return to PA earlier. Thanks also to WP!

How to describe the experience at the Center? Honestly, I don't know if there are words, but perhaps the closest word is transformative ✨ A Jady and Cleyton are very dear people and lead the project with a lot of care, seriousness and purpose. The space is inviting and very special, although it is a bit isolated, the coziness of the lodging completely makes up for it. During the events, the work involves organization, cleaning and kitchen support. The tasks operate on a rotating basis, so it's totally possible to participate in the practices and experience the experience fully.

Volunteering at the center was a UNIQUE experience! I believe no volunteering offers the experience we have here. I connected with myself and had an immersive experience in this space. I was assisting with meals, as we were in a week of therapist training; the tasks are calm and flexible. The hosts are good-natured people, with a good energy. I am very grateful to Cleyton and Jady for all the hospitality!! I was charmed by all the pets at the center with the abundance of greenery. I hope to return soon! Very grateful!!!!

The experience at the Center was positive to the extent that I could help with taking care of the land and the hosts' accommodations. The place has a good structure and the arrangements are fulfilled.
I had to shorten my experience due to work from home, which was later communicated to the host Jady who was understanding. I am very grateful to her for that.
