We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender/Barista to become a vital part of our team in beautiful Sri Lanka! This is a unique opportunity to share your skills and knowledge while immersing yourself in the vibrant local culture.
30 hours of help per week
Bartending: Make and serve drinks and help maintain the beverages inventory.
2 days off per week
Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.
Discounts on Parties: Get discounts at nearby parties and clubs.
Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.
Intermediate English
Over 21 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

A bartender starts the day at the bar around 5pm and will finish around 10pm. For baristas it is usually a morning gig, during breakfast and lunch.
