As a social volunteer, you’ll be part of our little Wonderland family, helping us create a fun, welcoming atmosphere and unforgettable experiences for travelers from all around the world. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing people who love meeting new people, bringing good vibes, and making everyone feel at home!
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hosting social events like game nights, bar games, and island activities.
- Taking guests on outside activities and encouraging everyone to join in and participate in our daily hostel events.
- Assisting with reception tasks and check-ins, and helping guests with their questions.
- Helping behind the bar with basic drinks, great energy, and plenty of good vibes.
- Being a friendly, welcoming face around the hostel and helping guests connect with each other.
- Occasionally supporting sustainability initiatives and community projects.
🌴 What to Expect:
- 5 hours a day, 6 days a week, with one day off to explore the island.
- Free accommodation in our volunteer dorm.

- Plenty of opportunities to meet people from around the world, make new friends, and enjoy island life.

You don’t need to be the loudest person in the room, but having a positive attitude, a team spirit, and a genuine interest in meeting people goes a long way.

- Evening: Host social events (games, movie nights, island tours).
