Carol was incredibly welcoming from the minute she greeted me off of the bus. She is passionate about her project and is keen for volunteers to get involved and learn new skills. The location is absolutely beautiful, sleeping in a tent with the sound of a river nearby. I did find it to be a lot of work, and we would often work past 9pm if we started late, so I didn't have loads of time to explore outside of the project. But the project itself is rewarding and challenging. Carol is a great communicator and taught me loads about the local history, indigenous knowledge and natural medicines.

With her lifestyle and her project she truly showed me how to live more connected with nature and I learned a lot of practical things and new perspectives on lives. Everyday we worked on something different so the work was never boring, from painting to building. She is super flexible with the time and we agreed together when we prefer to work, day by day. She has been so nice to host a friend of mine too! She showed us all around the beautiful Valle and we always cooked good food together!

Carol is always attentive in case any questions arise and willing to explain and teach how to do it. Carol is very flexible with the schedules as she sets aside time to meet her volunteers, creating a very family-like environment. Carol tiene um proyecto muy interesante en termos de sostinibilidad, aprendí mucho como hacer lo mejor con los recursos disponibles. Trabajamos en la construcción con piedras, aunque fue muy pesado, pudo contribuir y aprender un montón. El voluntariado me encantó porque tuvo una linda oportunidad de conectarme conmigo misma y con la naturaleza. Vivi momentos muy lindos en el cerro y en el rio. Además, aunque no haya mucha comodidad, como agua caliente y internet, la experiencia va más alla. És espiritual. Conocí muchas lindas personas y Carol tiene un rol interesante para conversaciones.

Muy buena experiencia, tuvimos muy buena recepción por parte de Carol y sus familiares. Pudimos conocer múltiples pueblos del valle y comer diversos alimentos de la zona. En cuanto al trabajo, bastante entretenido, pues aprendimos bastante de construcción y de carpintería.

Fueron poquitos los días que pasé aquí pero aprendí mucho y me sentí muy bien recibida. Carol es una mujer muy especial, ha conseguido crear un lugar hermoso con unas energías muy sanadoras. Mi experiencia aquí fue así, sanadora. Los horarios y el trabajo es súper flexible, solo hace falta tener ganas de colaborar!!! Carol está súper abierta a ideas y propuestas.
