The team at the school is kind, inclusive, and helpful. the school itself does not have too much to do if you will be staying a while, but day trips were easy enough to arrange. I stayed for a little less than 2 weeks, and thought it was a great experience. The staff and students were all awesome to work with. I got to learn a lot about the culture and lifestyle through my conversations and also requested Spanish classes while I was there and learned a lot, which I enjoyed! I would highly recommend this experience.

I spent only two weeks with the people at the school. Everyone was extremely welcoming at all times, and they were genuine and nice. I 10000% recommend this experience to other travalers!! I got to travel around the city and the country. Moreover, the accomodation is super nice and comfortable , the people are always warm and open to talk to you.

I enjoyed my time with the school a lot. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help wherever they could and the accommodation was spacious and cozy. Talking to local students offered you the perfect opportunity to learn about the culture and I even got to make some friends! Sometimes you have to be a bit creative to think of new topics to talk about, but overall the work was fun. the school offers you the advantages of a big city but other than that it's not super interesting. You have the opportunity to do great weekend- and daytrips though! I would definitely recommend :)

I had a lovely time volunteering at the school, the school. The staff are great and make you feel at home and the students are keen to learn and chat with you about all kinds of topics. The accommodation was very comfortable and it was great to get a discount on a tour to hike in Chimborazo. The area around the institute has a modern shopping mall and some nice cafes, restaurants and a couple of parks not far away. As others have mentioned, there isn't a great deal to do in the school and the one to one conversations do get repetitive but from previous reviews I was aware of this before arriving.

I had a great time at the school! The accommodation was really good and we met the nicest people, both students and volunteers and teachers. The work can get quite repetitive over time but 4 hours a day is definitely manageable. I would recommend everyone to come here! the school itself doesn't have too much to offer but you can try great local food and do weekend trips to beautiful places close by!

I stayed at the school for a month, and I had a great experience. The boss was friendly, and the house was very convenient and comfortable. They accommodated my vegetarian diet, even though in Ecuador that is difficult! It was a delight to speak with the students, and I learned a lot about Ecuadorian culture. I will say that there weren't many outside-the-classroom activities with the students (I did one in my month there) and social media publicity was a substantial requirement. Overall, I enjoyed my time there and am glad I went!

I absolutely loved my experience at the school. The work is very fun and straightforward, talking to locals in English, who very quickly became my friends. I am very greatful to have had this opportunity to live and work in the school. I was overwhelmed by the compassion and love I received right off the bat, and it only increased the longer I stayed. I was very lucky to be here during Carnival and witness the incredible festivals and things, which the institute took me to. I came here alone as a woman and didn't feel unsafe and all. Very soon after arriving I had a good community of friends.

This experience was really great to meet other locals and also to practice spanish, as when you are talking it is helpful to translate between languages. Everyone is really nice, and the accomodation is good. The only thing I would say is that there is not much to do in the city so it can be a bit boring when you have free time, but there is a lot to do outside the city. The work is pretty easy and fun but gets repetitive at times. They also asked us to participate in filming promotional materials which i enjoyed but just something to note because they don't list that in the description.
