I had the most amazing time at Tirana Backpackers! I would 100% recommend this volunteer opportunity to anyone looking for a fun experience. If you enjoy cooking, this is a great opportunity to be independent and get creative. Lia and Kris were great managers and I always felt welcomed and included. The hostel itself is also beautiful and provides both a good opportunity for social atmospheres and personal time. I will definitely be back!!

It was my first volunteering experience ever and I knew this place was going to be the one to begin with. I stand by my choice till the end and words can't explain how much I have enjoyed this experience. I felt very welcomed, immediately connected with my colleagues and guests. I was taking care of the garden and organizing so my tasks changed each day which helped me to learn a lot of skills at once. Open communication was the most important part where I also appreciated the most. If something doesn't add up to you, then share I'm sure you'll find a way in the middle.

My experience in Tirana backpackers was amazing! I've spent 3 weeks doing all sorts of jobs. From painting to general maintenance. The hours of work where respected. All the crew from the hostel are amazing people, I will miss each one of them.

Such a beautiful and memorable experience! I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity to be here. The staff is lovely and always doing their best to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and I loved to know volunteers and guests from all over the world. It's place for socializing but also great to have alone time, if you wish. It's perfectly located with easy access to the main spots in Tirana and also to the bus station, to visit other places in Albania. I did many different and fun tasks, and was well instructed on how to do each one of them. I'll definetly be back ❤️

The place is soo chill and nice, the work itself is not too hard, the people there are sooo nice and i feel so lucky for the people i got to spend this experience with 🥹
I would love to come back in a future, it was a great first experience volunteering in a hostel and would 100% recommend 🫶🏼

What can I say about this place and the people I had the honor to meet there. Localized in the middle of Tirana and you even got bikes to ride around the city, the tasks were all very well explained, with patience and time, the volunteers were willing to get along with each other, the place is clean and organized, my only problem was to leave, so difficult to say goodbye, thanks everyone that was involved in this unforgettable experience.

Volunteering at Backpackers Hostel was an experience that truly left a mark on my life. The environment is relaxed, social, and full of cultural exchange. I met amazing people from all over the world and grew a lot by experiencing different realities.
