Not only I learned about the depths of the wonderful permaculture farming, but also the very complex process behind to produce and make high quality coffee. In addition, I also learned more the fantastic Vietnamese people and gastronomy and I had a great and very unique opportunity to participate on the fameous Coffee Festival in Buon Ma Thout. I was also a team member on this great event and I was one of the baristas of the project. Mr. Dzung Nguyen and his family and everyone at the project team were very kind, friendly with me. They took care of me and accomadate me. Thank you!

The project was a good experience. You will learn things about the coffee process. Alex it's very easy going and he will explain to you anything you want to know about the process. The tasks and work hours where simple and fair. The food was tasty and if you like the peace and calm life of the country side this is your place.

It was a very nice experience at the project! It was super interesting to see all different parts of the process, like drying, sorting, roasting etc. Dzung is a lovely host and extremely happy to share his amazing coffee knowledge :) We mainly helped with raking and sorting beans. The work is monotonous, but easy. If you can zone into it, it's a pretty zen activity. We eat vegetarian so mostly cooked for ourselves. Dzung was very happy to buy whatever we needed, so we had lots of tofu and veggies available. We had a great time, and would recommend helping out at the project! Thanks Dzung and team ✨

Adored my time at the project! So fascinating learning all about the coffee growing process and even got to try some delicious coffee in the mornings. Definitely a more rural volunteer job as there isn't any towns etc close by so most of the time is spent on the farm itself. Also I miss the dogs so much (especially my bestie Puppy). Definitely recommend ☺️

I had a wonderful experience volunteering with Tim in Nha Trang. Although my initial plan was to go to Dak Lak, I ended up in Nha Trang and couldn't have been happier. I had the opportunity to help his daughter with her English, and we also worked on creating an urban permaculture garden. I got involved in various social activities, connecting with locals and foreigners. We had the chance to try some delicious local food and visit some places around Nha Trang which was a great experience. Tim and his family treated us incredibly well, making us feel at home. Thank you, Tim and Bella!

I had such a great experience volunteering with Tim and his family in Nha Trang! Though I didn't make it to their farm in Dak Lak, I helped plant a garden in their apartment and had fun teaching their sweet 2-year-old daughter some English. They made me feel so at home, and I loved being part of their project and getting a real taste of the local culture. Thank you, Tim and Bella 💕

This is my first WP trip and it cannot be more fulfilling omg!! got to learn quite a handful of coffee, from farm to cup, Dzung is super enthusiastic and 100% willing to share. He gave me like 10 books whenever i asked sth. Hahaha love it tho What i will also miss is the meals we shared together, under the dim light. There were so many yummy foods thanks to excellent cooking skills. We discussed diverse topics, and the hosts are the most open and genuine ppl i ever met! Thank you anh Dung, Trang, chi Sang and their mum for making me feel so welcome 💕 Oh i miss their dogs too haha

The time we've spent at the project was enrichining, we livid as part of the family, learned a lot about coffee and lived in a remote green area. The family was warmful and respectful, they threw some parties during our staying, that was just amazing and we could have so much acess to the vietnamise culture and habits, the family and their friends were very friendly and funny. Dzung, the host, is an incridible person, willing to share stories and wants to hear from the volunteers, and has so much passion to teach about coffee. Tim, was an amazing person we've met and became friends as well.
