I had a lovely experience at the hostel! The kitchen staff always looked after us and made us feel welcome. The friends I made over those two months made my stay truly unforgettable. Having our own flat, with a kitchen and living room, made it feel like home. Breakfast was included, and sometimes we even got to enjoy leftovers from dinner, which was a great bonus! I only stayed for three weeks, but I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. It was a great experience and I highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and explain everything clearly. The location is excellent and hard to beat. You meet people from all over the world and it is easy to make connections with other volunteers. Online training prepares you before arrival, followed by a full tour when you arrive. The tasks are simple, leaving plenty of time to explore the hostel. The dedicated volunteer area is also great for relaxing and socializing after shifts.

It's been my second time here. The hostel is in the center of the hostel very very well located. I really enjoied my time exploring the hostel. You will have load of time free to enjoy the hostel or hanging out with the rest of volunteers. The tasks are not difficult and you will be always working with other friendly staff or volunteers making the shift more enjoyable. You will have to work though, volunteering means give something in exchange. I felt like home. The staff is amazing and really kind. Very good amenities, volunteers have a flat within the hostel. My English has improved, but if you only speak Spanish, don't worry—there are plenty of Spanish speakers here, so it's easy to communicate!

This was my first volunteering experience, and I loved it! there’s no air conditioning, the hostel is in a great location, the female dorms were comfortable, and I met amazing people. The work can be tiring, but you get three days off, so you still have time to explore. It gets very hot in the summer since there's no air conditioning, so just keep that in mind. Most of the staff are very friendly, and I'd specially like to thank Luz, Jasmila, Wilder, and Rigoberto for making me feel so welcome and for making my stay even more special. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would recommend volunteering here!
