We are looking for committed volunteers to support in different areas. We offer flexible shifts according to availability and needs:
🔹 Minimum commitment: 2 weeks
🔹 Schedule: 5 or 6 work days, 1 or 2 days off to explore San Pedro and the magical towns of Lake Atitlán.
Volunteer options:
✅ 20 hours/week: accommodation included.
✅ 25 hours/week: accommodation + breakfast (days worked)
✅ 30 and 40 hours/week: accommodation + meals + financial compensation.

🔹 Noise and rest: Respect rest hours, avoiding loud noises at night.
🔹 Property and tools: Take care of materials and tools provided. If you need something extra, check with the team before taking it.
🔹 Day off and communication: If you need to adjust your schedule or take an extra day, let us know in advance to organize ourselves better.
