Rules

Volunteer work in inns and hostels, usually small establishments, tends to be multifunctional, meaning that the bartender role may also include extra help in customer service, table service, and cleaning.
The internal guidelines and coexistence rules are provided at check-in to each volunteer. We value non-violent communication and work democratically.
