I feel super blessed to do this as my first volunteering with Worldpackers! Thanks so much to Anna for being an amazing and inspiring person and host, and to her sweet family (and dog and cat) for the great experience. The work is varied and clear, and I enjoyed trying many things for the first time in my life, from using the whippersnipper, to painting fences and cleaning horse paddocks (and night hay is a fun core memory)! The studio and farm are really pretty too. 11/10 would recommend this!!

Anna and her family were very kind to us; she provided everything we needed and was very flexible. In the mornings, she would let us know what the daily or weekly tasks were and let us organise ourselves. There’s a studio just for volunteers, and she gives you all the space and independence you need. The location of the property is excellent, with beautiful scenery, and you can get an Uber if you need to, although she or her husband Greg offered to drive us if we needed a lift. Being with the horses and in that setting was a wonderful experience that I would repeat in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful experience volunteering with Anna and her family on the Central Coast. The private studio was comfortable and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the independence it provided.

The work was varied, including painting fences, gardening, horse shelter maintenance, and occasionally helping with the kids. Anna always respected the agreed hours and made sure we had everything we needed.

The family was warm and welcoming, and the beautiful location with easy train access to Sydney was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

This was a truly lovely experience and Anna and her family are so great! The work and hours were fair and lots of time to work independently. The horses were healthy and happy and getting to spend time with the kids (and take them to the reptile park) was so much fun. The accommodation was also super comfy! I would recommend this experience and cant thank Anna enough!

I had a great time at the farm, Anna and Greg are really kind and always made sure I was happy & fed. I did a lot of weedwacking, hedging, fixing shelters and caring for the horses, as well as spending some time with the kids, helping in the kitchen and cleaning. I can recommend this place to anyone that likes being around animals and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty. The horses are well cared for and look very happy! Hope to come back some time, thanks Anna:)

I have had such a good time here, and I am going to miss this place so much. Anna and her lovley family has made me and my friend feel so welcome. It was a beautiful place with freedom to look around their beautiful yards, and horses. The work was good, it was hard and furfilling and you felt like you did something amazing at the end. I would 100% stay here again:)

The farm was a wonderful experience for me and my girlfriend! Anna and her family were welcoming and so friendly. We loved to work with the horses on her ranch and help improve her property. It was our first Worldpackers experience and Anna introduced us so nicely into it. We really enjoyed the flexibility given to us. We could decide when we wanted to work and if we wanted to engage in family activities. All of the animals were so sweet and we just loved working with them. We gained so many new insights and overall it was an amazing stay.

Staying with Anna, Greg, Alma, William and of course deedee was fantastic. If I could, I would give a higher rating - I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to the Worldpackers platform. The work I did during my ten day stay was fun, rewarding, and helped me learn new practical skills. My tasks ranged from chasing chickens to cutting down trees. I really appreciated the trust and flexibility I was allowed. Unlike your typical WP experience this felt like a home stay, you can engage with the family as much as you wish or go chill in solitude!

Anna is a rock star taking care of 12 acres, 7 horses, a home (with 2 young children, their sweet pup), an airbnb, also gives lessons and competes and STILL checked in with me every day to make sure I had everything I needed. My work experience was perfect as she actually had work for me to do. (I weeded, weed whacked, mowed, bush trimming, picked up poop from the pasture). And I loved every second of it. Food and accommodations were wonderful - her airbnb. Property is gorgeous. Quick, cheap Uber to mall (but she always offered). Would recommend 1000xs over. I WILL be back! This one is special
